HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by item.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item within 2-3 business days. This includes production time, since most products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@cheekycollections.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the original purchase date, contact our support team to request a full refund.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 15 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO THE ADDRESS SHIPPED FROM YOU MUST EMAIL: support@cheekycollections.com REGARDING ANY RETURNS.

For non-defective items received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request, and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Cheeky Collections has the right to refuse returns beyond the 15-day time limit after delivery.
